Public Notice: ECUA Individual Discharge Permit Issued

ECUA has issued an Individual Discharge Permit pursuant to Chapter 26 of the ECUA Code and Chapter 62-625, Florida Administrative Code, to the following Industrial User:

7 Crew Florida LLC, 4615 Mobile Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32506, Permit No. GW-1078

For information regarding this permit, please contact the ECUA Pretreatment Program at [email protected]. Any person, including the User, may petition the Director to reconsider the terms of an individual wastewater discharge permit within sixty (60) days after the notice of issuance. For further details, see Chapter 26 of the ECUA Code (sewer use ordinance), Section 26-5.3. A copy of Chapter 26 can be found at https://ecua.fl.gov/services/pretreatment-program.
