Banneker Partners Portfolio Company Ever.Ag Completes Transaction of Risk Management Business to Stone Point Capital

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - August 26, 2026 - Banneker Partners, a private equity firm focused on enterprise software, announced today that its portfolio company, Ever.Ag, the leading software company focused on the agricultural supply chain, has closed the sale of its Risk Management business to Stone Point Capital ("Stone Point"), an investment firm focused on financial services and related industries. Following the transaction, the Risk Management business will operate as an independent company under the leadership of its existing management team and will transition to a new brand name.

Ever.Ag's Risk Management business gives agricultural producers, processors, cooperatives and manufacturers the tools to manage commodity risk, combining insurance, advisory and derivatives brokerage services on top of a proprietary technology and data platform. The business plays a mission-critical role for customers in the dairy, swine, cattle and grain sectors, where risk exposure has grown more complex in recent years. Under Stone Point's ownership, the business is positioned to invest further in its people, technology and service capabilities to support its next stage of growth.

For Ever.Ag, the transaction sharpens the company's strategic focus on delivering software, AI solutions and tech-enabled services that power the agricultural supply chain. Ever.Ag and the Risk Management business intend to keep working together commercially after the deal closes, continuing a relationship built on years of collaboration and complementary strengths across the agricultural ecosystem.
