Public Safety Day
Downtown Cary, South Academy Street, 11 a.m.
Join us for Public Safety Day on Saturday, September 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. along South Academy Street. This free, family-friendly event features exhibits, equipment displays, food trucks, and the chance to connect with Cary Police, Fire, EMS, WakeMed, and more than 25 public safety agencies. A medication disposal booth will also be available on-site for prescription pills and patches only. South Academy Street will be closed between Dry Avenue and Chatham Street during the event.
