LAREDO, Texas, Dec. 17, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Sandoval Storage, a 236-unit self-storage property in Laredo, Texas.
"Marcus & Millichap assisted the client with refinancing the property in 2016," said Jon Danklefs, managing director investments. "Earlier this year, they explored refinancing again but, after carefully weighing their options, chose to move forward with a sale and retire after more than three decades of ownership. We generated multiple offers from across the country, and the seller ultimately selected an all-cash offer. We thank the sellers for the opportunity and wish them the best in their retirement."
Danklefs, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and successfully secured the buyer. Both parties have requested to remain anonymous in the transaction.
Sandoval Storage is situated on 1.45 acres at 602 Shiloh Drive in Laredo's high-traffic Shiloh commercial corridor. Built in 1998, the property features a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units across 23,191 rentable square feet.
