Greenberg Traurig Advises FÜRST on the Lease of 8,000 Square Meters of Hotel Space to ‘A by Adina’

BERLIN - Sept. 22, 2025 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised the owners of the FÜRST urban quarter on the leasing of approximately 8,000 square meters of hotel space to the premium apartment hotel brand "A by Adina." The lease covers eight floors in the FÜRST on Berlin's Kurfürstendamm.

The FÜRST urban quarter is located in Berlin's City West. With the first German location of "A by Adina," a brand of the Australian hotel group TFE Hotels, the variety of offerings in the quarter is being expanded to include an apartment hotel.

According to current plans, the "A by Adina" apartment hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2027 and will comprise 161 studios and apartments, a restaurant, a bar, and a lounge with a terrace on the ground floor. The hotel complements the existing offerings in the quarter.

Greenberg Traurig provided legal advice to the landlord during the leasing process.
