Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, October 27 – November 7&comma…

HANNIBAL - The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Adair County

Route O - October 27 - 28, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Evergreen Road to Burrows Road near Novinger between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Route V - October 27 - 29, CLOSED for sidewalk improvements from Olive Street to Pine Street beginning Monday, October 27th at 7:00 a.m. and continuing to Wednesday, October 29th at 5:00 p.m.

Knox County

Route K - October 27 - 30 & November 3 - 6, CLOSED for core drilling operations from Route V at Colony Cemetery continuing to just west of Middle Fabius River between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Lewis County

Missouri Route 6 - October 29, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations from Lewistown School Drive to CR 201 at Lewistown between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Missouri Route 6 - October 29 - 30, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations from Main Street to Shortcut Street at LaBelle between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Missouri Route 6 - October 29 - 30, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations from Tenth Street to CR 232 at Knox City between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Lincoln County

Missouri Route 147 - October 27 - 29, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from Thornhill Cemetery Road to Frenchman Bluff Road between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Monroe County

Route J - November 3 - 4, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 239 to CR 231 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Route J - November 5 - 6, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 217 to Route A between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Route MM - October 27 - 29, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 278 to CR 284 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Route MM - October 30, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 284 to CR 233 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Ralls County

U.S. Route 61 Northbound - October 27 - 28, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Missouri Route 19 to Route O beginning Monday, October 27th at 2:00 p.m. continuing to Tuesday, October 28th at 4:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 61 Southbound - October 28 - 29, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route HH to Missouri Route 19 beginning Tuesday, October 28th at 2:00 p.m. and continuing to Wednesday, October 29th at 3:00 p.m.

Scotland County

Route M - October 30, CLOSED for railroad crossing maintenance from Walnut Street to Cemetery Road near Rutledge between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Shelby County

U.S. Route 36 Eastbound - October 27 - 31, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Lakenan to Monroe City between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.
