WSOC TV: Historic West End to gain new housing with two townhouse developments
Charlotte real estate firm Beauxwright has acquired several parcels in Historic West End, where it will soon begin site work for hundreds of new townhouses.The firm recently acquired land at and around 2919 W. Trade St., as well as 360 and 400 Seldon Drive, adjacent to Five Points Park. Two separate townhouse developments will be developed on those sites.
