Paycom gives $32,500 to Oklahoma, Texas food banks on Hunger Action Day

OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 29, 2026) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $32,500 to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and East Texas Food Bank on Hunger Action Day through its employee giving program and company donation match. The donation will help support organizations that provide meals and resources to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.

Over the past seven years, Paycom has helped provide more than 695,000 meals to neighbors across Oklahoma experiencing food insecurity. The company's commitment extends beyond financial support, with more than 1,600 employees volunteering 4,100 hours across 61 Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma events during this time.

According to Feeding America, Oklahoma children rank among the hungriest states in the nation, with 1 in 4 children in Oklahoma facing food insecurity. This year's donation benefits the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Food for Kids initiative, which provides nutritious food and other resources to children across the state. During the 2025-26 school year, the Regional Food Bank distributed 559,434 sacks, providing the equivalent of 1.6 million meals to students at 448 schools statewide.

Paycom's employee giving program supports a multitude of local and national causes, including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals with disabilities and food support for individuals and children in need. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits each year so employees can donate to organizations that align with their values.
