Delmar Man Arrested on Bail Jumping Charge After Failing to Appear in County Court
According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Kristopher R. Bradford, age 44, of Delmar, after a warrant was issued for Bail Jumping in the Second Degree, a Class E felony. The arrest stems from Bradford's failure to appear in Washington County Court to answer felony charges tied to a burglary case in the Town of Greenwich.
A Grand Jury Indictment led to the issuance of the arrest warrant, and deputies took Bradford into custody on November 13, 2025, at the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward.
Bradford was processed and is being held at the Washington County Jail on a separate bench warrant issued out of Washington County Court.
