Engage PEO Expands Northeast Sales Team

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., September 10, 2026 - Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Jessica Lavin has joined the company as vice president of sales in New York. In this role, she will focus on expanding Engage's presence across the state, working with insurance brokers and other business advisers, and helping employers evaluate Engage's comprehensive HR outsourcing solutions.

Lavin brings more than a decade of sales and client relationship experience, including extensive work in the PEO and human capital management industries. Most recently, she served as a business performance advisor with a large national PEO, where she sourced new PEO and ASO business, guided prospects through the sales process, developed workforce and compensation proposals, and supported clients through onboarding and ongoing account management. Earlier in her career, she held a CPA-focused sales role, developing relationships with accounting firms to support business development.
