Greenwood, IN - Congressman Jefferson Shreve reflected on his time crisscrossing Indiana's Sixth District last month - his 'Hoosier Heartland Tour'. Shreve met with nearly two thousand Hoosiers in August.
Representative Shreve said, "I participated in 45 gatheringsthat let me meaningfully engage with Hoosiers. These were opportunities to share my work in Congress - and more importantly, to listen to the concerns and priorities of residents across the district. To represent constituents, you've got to meet them where they live and work. As I reflect on my visits, there was a consistent message: Hoosiers want to live in a nation that is safe, affordable, and responsive to their needs. I welcomed these opportunities to report back on my work in DC - and treasure these opportunities to hear from Hoosiers across Indiana's Sixth District."
