Arrest Warrants Issued Against Two Suspected Burglars - Thieves from Rosepepper Cantina Case

Burglary detectives have sworn out arrest warrants against two individuals in connection with the August 27 theft of dozens of bottles of liquor worth an estimated $2,000 from a stockroom of Rosepepper Cantina on Eastland Avenue.

Payton Leann England, 28, who lists an address in Monterey, Tennessee, and Jae Alexander Kisac, 29, who lists an address in Fairview, Tennessee, are each wanted on charges of burglary and felony theft. A third individual involved has not yet been identified.
