(1)	On September 12, 2025, 23,236 Issuer shares were transferred from grantor retained annuity trust ("GRAT") dated September 12, 2023 ("GRAT #4") to a trust regarding which Mr. Sanchez's spouse is trustee and Mr. Sanchez's child is the beneficiary (the "Trust"). These shares were previously shown and continue to be shown as indirectly held.
(2)	On September 12, 2025, 12,763 Issuer shares were distributed from GRAT #4 to Mr. Sanchez. These shares were previously shown as indirectly held.
(3)	Mr. Sanchez was the sole settlor, trustee and annuitant of GRAT #4. GRAT #4 has terminated.
