Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised MEAG on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of a joint venture with the city of Neustadt am Rübenberge. The aim of the project is to expand passive fiber optic network infrastructure in the region.
The joint venture is part of a strategic initiative to promote digital infrastructure in Germany. The advisory services covered all corporate, regulatory, and contractual aspects of the transaction.
