RE: Partial Gainwell System Outage - Scheduled Maintenance
Please be advised that the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), operated by Gainwell, will undergo scheduled maintenance that will result in certain features being unavailable. During this time, secure web portal reports including, but not limited to, revalidation facsimiles, the features to upload documents for revalidation, enrollment updates, non-pharmacy prior authorizations, consent forms, etc. will not be available. Claims, eligibility processing, and pharmacy prior authorizations will be unaffected.

Providers are encouraged to plan accordingly for this downtime. Normal operations will resume once maintenance is complete.
