Receiving a copy of the credentials of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium

On April 14, 2026, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Farrukh Hamralizoda received a copy of credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Astana) Mr. Erik de Maeyer.

The sides exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations, prospects for expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and Belgium, and other issues of mutual interest.

The First Deputy Foreign Minister congratulated the Belgian Ambassador on his appointment to this position, wishing him success in his diplomatic activities in Tajikistan.
