The cottage-style community was designed by Niles Bolton Associates, while Landmark Construction, the in-house construction arm of Landmark Properties, served as general contractor. The Retreat at Bunn Hill offers 161 units in a mix of two- to five-bedroom apartments. Each residence comes fully furnished and wired for cable and high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Kitchens are appointed with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and hardwood-style flooring is in all living areas.
