CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 22, 2026) - Charlotte County Libraries & History announces upcoming changes to operating hours at select library branches beginning Monday, May 4, 2026.
The Englewood Charlotte Library and Port Charlotte Public Library will be closed on Mondays as part of the updated schedule.

Monday - Closed
Tuesday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Wednesday 10 am.-6 p.m.
Thursday 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Port Charlotte Public Library:
Sunday - Closed
Monday - Closed
Tuesday 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
