ALJ Decision in David Hernandez d/b/a David Hernandez, OSHRC Docket No. 26-0233 Comm. R. 101(a), Becomes a Final Order of the Commission.

Pursuant to Commission Rule 101(a), 29 C.F.R. § 2200.101(a), the Respondent, David Hernandez, is declared to be in default, and his notice of contest is dismissed.
