Councilors' proposed budget amendments now available for public review

Portland City Councilors' amendments to Mayor Keith Wilson's Proposed FY 2026-27 Budget are now publicly available. On Monday, May 18, Councilors will convene as the City Budget Committee to hear public testimony, and on Tuesday and Wednesday will convene again to deliberate and eventually vote on the budget in its entirety.

Members of the public are encouraged to sign up to testify in Council Chambers.

The meetings are available to the public on the City's YouTube Channel, the Open Signal website, Xfinity Channel 30 and 330, and for in-person viewing at City Hall in Council Chambers, 1221 SW Fourth Ave. Councilors will attend hybrid public meetings remotely by video and teleconference or in-person. 

City Budget Committee - Day 1

Monday, May 18, 2026

9:30 am - 5:00 pm

City Council will meet to consider the FY 2026-27 Budget and hear public testimony. This is the only day public testimony will be heard.

City Council will meet as the City and Prosper Portland Budget Committees to consider the FY 2026-27 Budget.
