MONDAY, January 26

TUESDAY, January 27
8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote
of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: Development in Unit 3, Forest Lakes.

10:00 a.m. - Business Agenda Meeting
The Board will consider:

1. Approval of County Cash Requirements January 2, 2026 through January 16, 2026.
2. Approval of Temporary Access/Use Permit between Bureau of Reclamation and La Plata County with concurrence of the Florida Water Conservancy District - to replace the existing County Road 228 timber bridge with a concrete box culvert.
3. Approval of Re-Appointment to the San Juan Basin Area Agency on Aging.
4. Approval of mill levy certification correction.
5. Approval of the fiscal year 2026 Click It or Ticket Grant Application.
6. Approval of a letter to the Town of Bayfield regarding funding request for Cinnamon Heights Deed Restricted Housing Project.
7. Ratify the approval of the Public Health Department's application for funding for the 2026 Simple Gifts Fund award from the Rocky Mountain Health Foundation (RMHF).

The Commissioners will meet with staff in the Board Room to discuss various issues.

The Board will meet with county staff to review the county code.
