On September 8, 2026, TransparentBusiness, Inc., (the "Company") filed suit in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against Universal Navigation Inc., dba Uniswap Labs, case 1:26-cv-07703, seeking a declaratory judgment under the Lanham Act and the Declaratory Judgment Act. The suit is intended to protect the Company's use of the "Unicoin" mark. The Company intends to pursue this suit vigorously.
