Jolt gets new HR Director

With over 10 years of experience in human resources, Marine Moreux has a career spanning several areas of HR specialization, including workforce management, talent development, recruitment, and manager support. With a background in psychology, she thrives in international environments and works equally well in both French and English.

The creation of the position of Director of Human Resources is part of Jolt Capital's ongoing efforts to support the firm's development. This appointment will strengthen the management of human resources and further structure policies related to recruitment, talent development, and team support. It represents another step in supporting the firm's growth ambitions.

Since October 2022, Marine Moreux has served as Head of Human Resources at Bain & Company. There, she oversees workforce management for all teams, ensures that skills align with project needs, and supports professional development within the Private Equity team. She also supervises resource allocation and workload balancing, working closely with the Partners, and analyzes workforce data in Paris and across the EMEA region.

Previously, Marine Moreux served for nearly four years as an HR Business Partner at Vinci Energies, where she advised the executives of 32 companies-representing approximately 3,000 employees-on human resources and labor law issues. In this role, she supported career development, internal mobility, and recruitment, as well as initiatives related to diversity, social responsibility, and inclusion.

She has also held several HR roles at Vinci Construction - Bateg and Vinci Concessions, developing expertise in manager support, recruitment, training, employee development, and HR projects. In particular, she contributed to the rollout of the annual training plan, performance evaluation campaigns, and initiatives related to workplace well-being and internal communication.

Marine Moreux began her career as a psychological consultant at CGI, where she conducted psychological assessments aimed at supporting employee well-being. Her career path combines expertise in human resources with a background in psychology. She holds a Master's degree in psychology from the University of Paris Nanterre, with a specialization in human resources, organization, and ergonomics, which she earned with the highest honors in her graduating class.
