New Spec Development will Expand Seefried's RiverPark Business Park

This month, in a development partnership with Huntington Industrial Partners and Amstar, Seefried Properties closed on a 9.8-acre land purchase for a new speculative building development RiverPark 1000, an expansion of Seefried's existing 300-acre Riverpark business park. With the land deal complete, Seefried and Huntington will soon begin construction on the building, which is planned to be approximately 145,000 sf.

The spec building will be have capacity for multiple tenants and will be a rear-load facility with a 32-foot clear height, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, ample automobile parking, 34 9-foot by 10-foot, dock-high doors, as well as available area for secure outside storage or up to 40 trailer parking spaces.

The building is scheduled to be delivered by December of this year.
