Louisville, KY (November 4, 2026) - Congressman Morgan McGarvey released the following statement one year after the tragic UPS plane crash that took the lives of fifteen people and injured dozens of Louisvillians near Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport:

"Today, a year after the devastating plane crash in Louisville, we continue to mourn those we lost, hold their loved ones close in our hearts, and express our gratitude for the hard and incredible work of our first responders. On this especially painful day, our strength lies in our ability to support each other, grieve together, and rebuild as a community."
