Dentons Link Legal welcomes Shradha Sachdev as Associate Partner to its Banking and Finance Practice

Dentons Link Legal has further strengthened its Banking & Finance practice with the addition of Shradha Sachdev as an Associate Partner in the Firm's Delhi office.

Shradha brings over 11 years of experience advising leading corporates, banks and financial institutions on complex equity and debt transactions. Her practice focuses on project finance, structured lending, refinancing, debt restructuring and regulatory advisory, with experience in advising banks and NBFCs on financing transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors. She has been closely involved in structuring and documenting high-value project financings and has advised on stressed asset restructuring and resolution strategies.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Shradha was a Counsel at Trilegal and has previously worked with Advaita Legal and IL&FS, Mumbai, where she gained significant exposure to large-scale infrastructure financing and institutional lending mandates.
