INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Jermaine L. Wilson, age 44, of Amsterdam, New York on an Arrest Warrant issued by the Town of Fort Edward Court. Wilson was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, a class D Felony, due to having prior convictions, and Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor after an investigation into a Domestic Incident that occurred in the Village of Fort Edward.
Wilson was arraigned at Centralized Arraignment and is being held at the Washington County Jail pending a future court date in the Town of Fort Edward Court.
