SGA Natural Gas Association is proud to recognize Kyle Geiger of Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline as the August Chair of the Month. Kyle's leadership spans multiple committees, and his dedication has made a lasting impact across SGA's Business Development Committee and Customer Growth & Development Section.

As Chair of both committees, Kyle has consistently brought clarity, energy, and strategic thinking to every meeting. He's not only a key contributor but a driving force facilitating thoughtful conversations, guiding meaningful discussions, and pushing important initiatives forward. His ability to frame complex issues, offer expert guidance, and pose challenging questions has helped elevate the work of each group.

Kyle's leadership has been particularly impactful through the presentation topics he has developed and delivered. From "Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration in Business Development" to "Leadership and Personal Growth," his sessions go beyond surface-level advice to spark real dialogue among members. Most recently, he led a compelling series of case studies covering:

• A large-scale gas supply agreement with Midwest Power
• An internal salary negotiation with senior pipeline technicians
• Navigating complex environmental regulations for a new pipeline project

These sessions have brought practical value to members while reinforcing the importance of strategic communication, negotiation, and adaptive leadership within the natural gas industry.
