Seal Coating (Chip Seal)

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. -

  • Leech Road - from IL-70 to IL-75 (Durand Township)

The Above listed road will be under construction for seal coating (chip seal). Work will start Thursday, July 30th, and should be completed by Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, weather dependent. Intermittent closures should be expected and alternate routes should be considered. Please use caution in work zones.
