EATON VANCE FOCUSED GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FUND

EATON VANCE FOCUSED VALUE OPPORTUNIITES FUND (each, a "Fund")

Supplement to Summary Prospectuses and Prospectus dated July 1, 2025,

as may be supplemented and/or revised from time to time

The following changes are effective July 1, 2026:

1. The following replaces the first paragraph under "Principal Investment Strategies" in the "Fund Summary" section in the Prospectus for Eaton Vance Focused Growth Opportunities Fund:

Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in growth securities (the "80% Policy"). Growth securities are common stocks of companies that are expected, over the long term, to have earnings growth that is faster than the growth of the U.S. economy and the U.S. stock market as a whole. The Fund invests in a broadly diversified selection of equity securities, seeking companies with above-average growth and financial strength. The Fund invests primarily in large-cap companies, but may invest in common stocks of companies of any market capitalization, including smaller companies. The portfolio managers generally consider large-cap companies to be those companies having market capitalizations equal to or greater than the median capitalization of companies included in the Russell 1000® Growth Index. The Fund generally expects to hold approximately 25 to 40 stocks. The Fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in foreign securities, some of which may be issued by companies domiciled in emerging market countries, and may also invest in U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign companies that trade on U.S. exchanges or in the over-the-counter market (including depositary receipts, such as American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), which are either sponsored or unsponsored, and Global Depositary Receipts, that evidence ownership in underlying foreign stocks). The Fund may also invest in publicly traded real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The Fund may invest in exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"), a type of pooled investment vehicle, in order to manage cash positions or seek exposure to certain markets or market sectors. The Fund may also lend its securities. The Fund is "non-diversified," which means it may invest a greater percentage of its assets in the securities of a single issuer than a "diversified" fund.

2. The following replaces the first paragraph under "Principal Investment Strategies" in the "Fund Summary" section of the Prospectus for Eaton Vance Focused Value Opportunities Fund:

Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in value securities (the "80% Policy"). Value securities are common stocks of companies that are inexpensive or undervalued relative to the intrinsic value of the company. The Fund invests primarily in large-cap companies, but may invest in common stocks of companies of any market capitalization, including smaller companies. The portfolio

managers generally consider large-cap companies to be those companies having market capitalizations equal to or greater than the median capitalization of companies included in the Russell 1000® Value Index. The Fund generally expects to hold approximately 25 to 45 stocks.

3. The following replaces the existing language under "Pooled Investment Vehicles" in the "Investment Objectives & Principal Policies and Risks" section in the Prospectus for each Fund.

Pooled Investment Vehicles. The Fund may invest in pooled investment vehicles to the extent permitted by the 1940 Act, and the rules, regulations and interpretations thereunder. Pooled investment vehicles are open- and closed-end investment companies unaffiliated with the investment adviser, open-end investment companies affiliated with the investment adviser and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"). Pooled investment vehicles are subject to the risks of investing in the underlying securities or other instruments that they own. The market for common shares of certain closed-end investment companies and ETFs, which are generally traded on an exchange and may be traded at a premium or discount to net asset value, is affected by the demand for those securities, regardless of the value of such fund's underlying securities. Additionally, natural or environmental disasters, widespread disease or other public health issues, war, acts of terrorism or other events could result in increased premiums or discounts to such fund's net asset value. The Fund will indirectly bear its proportionate share of any management fees and other operating expenses paid by unaffiliated and certain affiliated pooled investment vehicles in which it invests. If such fees exceed 0.01% of the average net assets of the Fund, the costs associated with such investments will be reflected under Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses in the Fund's Annual Fund Operating Expenses table(s) in its Fund Summary. Investments in a pooled investment vehicle will be included in satisfying a Fund's 80% Policy if the vehicle invests at least 80% of its net assets in the type of securities included in the Fund's 80% Policy.

4. The following paragraph replaces the first paragraph under "General" in the "Investment Objectives & Principal Policies and Risks" section in the Prospectus for each Fund.

General. Each Fund's 80% Policy will not be changed unless shareholders are given at least 60 days' advance written notice of the change. Unless otherwise stated, the Fund's investment objective and certain other policies may be changed without shareholder approval. Shareholders will receive 60 days' advance written notice of any material change in the investment objective. The Fund might not use all of the strategies and techniques or invest in all of the types of securities described in this Prospectus or the SAI. While at times the Fund may use alternative investment strategies in an effort to limit its losses, it may choose not to do so. Derivative instruments used by the Fund may be counted towards the Fund's 80% policy discussed above to the extent they provide investment exposure to investments included within that policy or to one or more of the market risk factors associated with investments included in that policy.
