Notice is hereby given that Pathway Bank, 306 South High Street, Cairo, Nebraska, desires to surrender its trust charter. In accordance with the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 8-215 (Reissue 2012), any trust company doing business in Nebraska that desires to surrender its trust charter may have its pledged securities released upon satisfying the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance (Department) that the trust company has been lawfully relieved of all of its duties and obligations as assignee, receiver, or trustee, either by appointment of court or under will, and for depository of money in court.

Anyone having a claim against the trust company, Pathway Bank, whether such claim is absolute or contingent, must file said claim with the Department by October 23, 2025. Claims shall be filed in writing with Director Kelly Lammers, Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, P.O. Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska 68509.
