Kevin McAteer has been appointed as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin McAteer as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, further strengthening the company's operational infrastructure and continued investment in Food & Beverage leadership across its growing portfolio.

McAteer brings more than a decade of Food & Beverage leadership experience, having supported more than 30 hotels across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and independent brands. His background spans new hotel openings, complex operational transitions and the development and execution of performance initiatives designed to elevate both guest experience and profitability.

In his new role, McAteer will focus on enhancing operational performance and driving strategic growth across the company's Food & Beverage programs. His priorities will include developing elevated, locally driven dining concepts, strengthening team training and operational standards, expanding strategic partnerships and procurement initiatives, and driving both revenue growth and margin performance through outlet optimization, menu engineering and disciplined cost management.

The addition of McAteer reflects Lodging Dynamics' continued commitment to building operational capabilities that strengthen topline performance while maintaining disciplined execution across the portfolio.
