Public Hearings 10/21 on November town ballot articles

The Bar Harbor Town Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chambers to receive public comment on the following ballot articles for the November 4, 2025 Special Town Meeting vote.

• Article 2 - LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - Two-Family Definition - Shall an ordinance, dated June 4, 2025, and entitled "An amendment to the definition of Two-Family Dwelling" be enacted? Two-Family Definition full text.
