The President congratulated Armenian Prime Minister on victory in parliamentary elections

President Gitanas Nausėda extended his congratulations to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on winning the parliamentary elections. The Lithuanian leader wished the Prime Minister every success in continuing his duties and unwavering determination in pursuing ongoing work for the good of the people of Armenia.

"We strongly support diverse cooperation between Armenia and the European Union. I am certain that this increasingly strong dialogue will contribute to your country's prosperity and well-being, while also enhancing stability and integration in our regions. I assure you that Lithuania will remain a reliable partner of Armenia, firmly supporting its Euro-integration course and democratic reforms," the President wrote in his message of congratulations.

Gitanas Nausėda expressed confidence that the two countries will continue to be united by a strong commitment to sovereignty, the right of nations to self-determination, and the fundamental values on which their societies are based, and that friendly relations will continue to foster close cooperation across various fields.
