Vinegar making class
A vinegar making class will be available this semester.
Join Chef Lukas Doherty in a class focused on preparing delicious vinegars. Students will forage for ingredients on campus and ferment them with yeast, oxidizing this liquid to produce an acidic elixir for all to enjoy.
Open to all majors! - No experience necessary!
Mondays: Oct. 19, Nov. 2, and Nov. 16, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
