Joe & the Juice Set to Open First Central Florida Location in Winter Park

SRS Real Estate Partners announced the grand opening of Joe & the Juice, the globally recognized coffee, juice, and sandwich concept, at Winter Park Square, a highly trafficked Whole Foods-anchored shopping center located near Lee Road and U.S. Highway 17-92 in Winter Park, Florida on Saturday, June 13.

The new location is currently in its soft opening phase and is welcoming customers ahead of the grand opening. Joe & the Juice's Winter Park location occupies a prime retail space adjacent to Sephora within the center, positioning the brand among a strong lineup of national retailers and restaurants serving one of Central Florida's most affluent and densely populated trade areas.

Winter Park Square is one of Winter Park's premier neighborhood shopping destinations, anchored by Whole Foods Market and Nordstrom Rack, and featuring a complementary mix of national retailers, restaurants, and service-oriented tenants. The addition of Joe & the Juice further strengthens the center's merchandising and enhances its food-and-beverage offerings.

The lease transaction was brokered by Mara Frumkin, First Vice President of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the restaurant in securing the space for Joe & the Juice.
