Two Allowable Ex Parte Communication Briefings Scheduled

On December 19th, 2025, the Public Service Commission of South Carolina scheduled two allowable ex parte communication briefings in ND-2025-63-E to take place at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, at 10 a.m.

The topic of these allowable ex parte communication briefings, which come at the request of Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, Duke Energy Progress, LLC, and Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc., will be a discussion of voluntary renewable energy programs, community solar programs, standards for interconnection and parallel operation of generating facilities, and solar choice tariffs.
