CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 30, 2026) - The Charlotte County Economic Development Office recognized Suncoast One Title & Closings with the Excellence in Business Award during the County Commission meeting on April 28, honoring the company's contributions to economic growth, industry leadership, and community impact.
Under the leadership of Kevin Graham, a longtime Charlotte County resident and community leader, the organization has maintained a strong focus on service and civic engagement. Suncoast One contributes tens of thousands of dollars annually to local nonprofits, organizations, and youth programs, while employees dedicate thousands of hours to volunteer efforts. The company has also demonstrated resilience during recent hurricanes and a challenging real estate market, continuing to support property owners, buyers, and businesses through complex transactions.
"Suncoast One represents the kind of business we value in Charlotte County, one that grows responsibly, leads with integrity, and invests back into the community it serves," said Kay Tracy, director of Economic Development. "Their continued impact is felt not only through their business success, but through their deep commitment to giving back."
The Excellence in Business Award is presented quarterly to recognize organizations that demonstrate leadership, strengthen the local economy, and show a meaningful commitment to the community they serve.
