Gov. Reynolds signs list of bills into law on April 30th

Today, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills into law:
HF 704: A bill for an act relating to the Iowa Propane Education and Research Council and including applicability provisions.
HF 2485: A bill for an act relating to motor vehicle dealers, including rights to certain vehicles, records storage requirements, and remote sales of motor vehicles.
HF 2491: A bill for an act providing for a waiver of tuition and mandatory fees at regent institutions for certain veterans with service-connected disabilities.
HF 2502: A bill for an act relating to paid parental leave for state employees and including effective date provisions.
HF 2523: A bill for an act establishing the right of a parent or guardian of a minor child to consent to and authorize certain medical services over the minor child's objection.
HF 2527: A bill for an act providing a limitation on civil or criminal liability for any alleged actual or potential effect on climate caused wholly or partly by a greenhouse gas emission.
HF 2539: A bill for an act repealing certain programs and other matters relating to higher education.
HF 2706: A bill for an act relating to judicial officers, including magistrate appointments in judicial election districts, senior magistrates, and judicial officer compensation, and including effective date provisions.
HF 2707: A bill for an act relating to alignment of delivery of Health and Human Services programs and services, aging and disability services, and volunteer services, and including applicability and effective date provisions.
SF 140: A bill for an act relating to satellite absentee voting stations.
SF 413: A bill for an act relating to requirements for, and regular meetings of, the board of directors of a state banks, and electronic activities of a state bank.
SF 490: A bill for an act relating to the maximum power output for low-speed electric bicycles and pedestrian conveyances powered by an electric motor.
SF 2184: A bill for an act relating to licenses to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, and administrative medicine licenses.
SF 2448: A bill for an act relating to residential real estate, including access to records of unit owners associations and the disclosure of home inspection information.
