Village of Barker - AI Data Facility
Negative Declaration
Niagara County - The Town of Somerset Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed AI Data Facility with Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) containing buildings will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the A Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment for the expansion of an Artificial Intelligence Center on the northeastern portion of the tax parcel. This expansion will include two new buildings, both of which will contain an Uninterrupted Power System (UPS), space for computers, and an office space. The expansion will also include a water tank to be used for cooling, and a switch yard. The project is located at 7725 Lake Road in the Village of Barker, New York.
