AIR FORCE
Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a ceiling of $328,500,000 undefinitized contract action issued as a letter contract for Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sniper, Infrared Search and Track, and Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night fixed wing hardware production. This contract provides for the procurement and delivery of fifty-five Infrared Search and Track Legion Enhanced Sensor pods, processors, pod containers, and processor containers required to meet the urgent operational need of the Taiwan Air Force. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2031. This contract involves FMS to Taiwan. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. FMS funds in the amount of $157,300,000 are being obligated at the time of award. This contract provides for a full range of commercial service-based requirements for the 86th Civil Engineer Group including the following: Custodial Services, Grounds Maintenance, Total Facility Maintenance and Military Family Housing Maintenance for the Kaiserslautern Military Community. Work will be performed within the Federal Republic of Germany and is expected to be completed by Dec. 29, 2035. These contracts were competitive acquisitions and seven offers were received. Sonalysts Inc., Waterford, Connecticut, has been awarded a $10,067,623 modification (P00149) to previously awarded contract FA8806-19-C-0002 for operational test and training infrastructure calendar year 2026 sustainment and Delta on-site support. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $215,375,146 from $205,307,523. Work will be performed at Waterford, Connecticut and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,195,663 are being obligated at the time of award. System Delta 81, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
ICF Mercantile LLC,* Warren, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $150,000,000 firm-fixed-price delivery order (SP8000-26-F-0008) issued against an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (SP8000-26-D-0005) for aerospace grade rayon fiber. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(3)(A), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-3. This is a three-year delivery order. The delivery order end date is Dec. 30, 2028. Using military services are Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 transaction funds.
