Downtown Goodyear continues to welcome new dining experiences as Kura Revolving Sushi Bar officially opens at GSQ, located at Bullard Avenue and McDowell Road.
Known for its innovative revolving sushi service and technology-driven dining experience, Kura Sushi offers a wide variety of fresh sushi, rolls, ramen, desserts and other Japanese dishes delivered via a conveyor system directly to the guest's table. The restaurant also features touchless ordering and fun rewards for diners who participate in the restaurant's interactive plate return system.
"Kura Sushi brings a unique dining experience to GSQ and adds to the mix of restaurants opening in our downtown," said Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo. "As GSQ continues to grow, each new business gives residents, workers and visitors even more reasons to gather and enjoy the heart of our city."

Kura Sushi joins a growing list of diverse businesses that have opened at GSQ, including Trader Joe's, First Watch, Dave's Hot Chicken, High Tide Seafood, Over Easy, Bacchus Wine & Debauchery, Banner Health, Avila University Arizona.
Additional businesses announced for GSQ include Nordstrom Rack, Fogo de Chão, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Black Rock Coffee Bar, CAVA, California Fish Grill, AC Hotels and VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group), with openings planned throughout 2026 and 2027.
