CFP Board CEO Kevin Keller Interview
After 19 years as CEO of CFP Board, Kevin Keller retired this month, having overseen a period in which the number of CFP® professionals doubled to 107,000 and the organization became more diverse, though he acknowledged more progress is needed. In a recent interview with Barron's Advisor, Keller reflected on those changes, CFP Board's 2023 restructuring into two nonprofit entities and questions around whether the organization ever considered offering additional credentials.
