The New York Times Debuts “It’s Your World to Understand” Campaign

The New York Times has launched "It's Your World to Understand," a new brand marketing campaign that highlights how Times journalism and products empower people to better understand the world and engage with what matters most to them.

In collaboration with creative company Isle of Any, the campaign demonstrates how people can engage with the world, from the smallest moments to the biggest topics, every day, through The Times. Starting with a simple minute, the film creates a rich, dimensional picture of how our journalism and products integrate with daily life, connecting people as they read, listen, play, share, cook and interact with The Times. The campaign is inspired by insights from The Times's Curious audience, and brings to life the idea of how journalism can spark active understanding of the world to life.

"It's Your World to Understand" marks the first launch from The Times's new enterprise marketing platform and strategy. The Times aims to mean more to more people, and this new marketing platform reinforces The Times's essential value as a daily destination for consumers everywhere.

"We are incredibly excited to bring this new campaign to life, and expand what The Times means to even more people," said Amy Weisenbach, chief marketing officer, The New York Times Company. "We centered this campaign on The Times's essential value to its readers and how our full portfolio can help connect them to the world. Across key moments in 2025, our marketing strategy will continue to amplify how The Times's independent journalism and leading lifestyle products help people everywhere better understand and engage with the world."

The "It's Your World to Understand" campaign will live across streaming, online video, social, digital and audio advertising placements, and will run from August through October.
