Payroll Officer

The Payroll Officer is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing City payroll
operations, payroll accounting, compliance, internal controls, and Payroll Office staff. This position serves as the City's senior subject-matter expert on payroll administration and advises the Finance Director on payroll-related financial, regulatory, and operational matters.

Ideal candidates will bring significant experience in payroll operations along with strong leadership, accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst performs complex professional and administrative work supporting the City's payroll operations. Responsibilities include payroll processing and reporting, tax reporting, benefits-records administration, payroll systems maintenance, and responding to payroll-related questions.
