Dave Cavan Named to GlobeSt.’s Influencers in Multifamily 2026

Cavan Companies founder recognized for his role in shaping build-to-rent

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Oct. 6, 2026) - Cavan Companies Founder and Chairman Dave Cavan has been named to GlobeSt.'s Influencers in Multifamily 2026.

GlobeSt.'s editors selected this year's honorees from industry nominations, recognizing individuals, teams and firms that are changing multifamily real estate. Honorees are featured on GlobeSt.com and will be recognized at the publication's Multifamily Fall conference in San Diego, Oct. 21-22.

Cavan was nominated for his early work in build-to-rent. While the category was still taking shape, he was developing entire rental neighborhoods of single-story, detached homes with the professional management of traditional multifamily. That approach became The Bungalows™ and helped establish a format now seen in rental communities across the country. His nomination also highlighted his decision to keep building through challenging capital markets, when many developers pulled back.
