Willkie represented Lyntris Inc., a defense technology company delivering "sense-to-act" connectivity solutions, in its initial public offering.
On August 20, Lyntris closed its initial public offering of 17 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.50 per share. The offering included approximately 5.7 million shares of common stock offered by Lyntris and approximately 11.3 million shares of common stock offered by certain of Lyntris's existing stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders"). In addition, certain of the Selling Stockholders granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.55 million shares to cover over-allotments.
Shares of Lyntris's Common Stock trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "LYNX".
The Willkie team was led by partners Brandon McCoy, Hannah Frank and Omar Shariff and included associates Katie Lovejoy, Dong Hee Lee, Dana Lake, Leilani Lu and Abdallah Ibrahim.
