Amendments to Executive Order on the procedure for foreign buyers to meet their commitments to Russian natural gas suppliers

The Executive Order extends the permission to allow foreign buyers to pay for Russian gas in rubles until October 1, 2026, not only through Gazprombank as the authorised bank but also through other Russian banks. Previously, this provision was due to expire on July 1, 2026.
