City Hall office relocation update

Construction work at City Hall is moving into the next phase as part of the City's ongoing energy efficiency upgrades. Public Works offices on the third floor will remain temporarily relocated, and fourth floor offices will now move to the third floor so improvement work can begin at that level. This phase of construction is expected to continue through February 2026.

Fourth floor offices include the City Manager's Office, City Attorney, City Council, Human Resources, and Marketing and Outreach. Homeless Services are now located at 1525 Webster Street.

Public Works services will continue to offer services from the following locations:

  • Street, sidewalk, tree, storm drain, water, or sewer service issues Public Works Operations at 420 Gregory Street
  • Capital Improvement Program, city construction projects, and solid waste services Engineering Division at 2000 Cadenasso Drive
  • Encroachment permits and land development information Online permit portal at https://www.fairfield.ca.gov/BUILD
