WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must restore the in-person dispensing requirement for the abortion drug mifepristone as the legal case moves through the courts. This federal court ruling effectively ends pro-abortion activist doctors from mailing streams of the abortion drug into pro-life states against federal law.
